1 · Who we are

PRESSKIT.BIO (“we”, “us”) is operated by THIRD KAGURA Pty Ltd (ABN 40 691 586 526), based in New South Wales, Australia. Contact: info@thirdkagura.com.

2 · Scope

This policy explains how PRESSKIT.BIO handles personal information under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Australian Privacy Principles) and, for users in the EU and UK, the GDPR.

3 · What we collect

We do not collect biometric data and do not store payment card numbers.

4 · How we use it

To operate your account, public press kit and the community board; to enable invitations; to secure the platform; and (with your consent) to send you updates. PRESSKIT.BIO does not currently process payments or manage booking transactions. Paid features may be introduced in the future and will be covered by an updated policy.

5 · Legal basis (EU / UK users)

Contract (to provide the service), consent (marketing), and legitimate interests (security and improvement).

6 · Sharing

With service providers only: Cloudflare (hosting), email delivery, and any future payment provider. Your public press kit is, by design, visible to anyone with the link. We do not sell your personal information.

7 · Invitations & marketing

PRESSKIT.BIO is invite-only. Marketing emails comply with the Spam Act 2003 — each identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link.

8 · Cookies & advertising

We use cookies for login, preferences and, where applicable, advertising and analytics. Free public press kits may display ads. You can control cookies in your browser.

9 · Storage & security

Data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. We use passwordless passkey authentication and apply reasonable safeguards.

10 · Your rights

Access, correct or delete your data; object to or restrict processing; data portability (EU / UK); withdraw consent. Email info@thirdkagura.com.

11 · International users

PRESSKIT.BIO is operated from Australia; using it means your data may be processed in Australia and other countries where our providers operate.

12 · Retention

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.

13 · Complaints

Contact us first. In Australia you may also contact the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).

14 · Changes

We will post updates here with a new “Last updated” date.
