You must be at least 18 and register via a valid invitation. Accounts are personal. Invitations are granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. We may restrict, suspend or delete accounts — including for breach of these Terms or to protect the community.
18歳以上で、有効な招待により登録した方に限ります。アカウントは個人に帰属します。招待は当社の裁量で付与され、いつでも取り消すことができます。当社は、本規約違反時やコミュニティ保護のため、アカウントの制限・停止・削除を行うことができます。
Login uses passkeys. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
ログインはpasskeyを使用します。アカウント上の行為は利用者の責任です。不正利用は当社へ通知してください。
PRESSKIT.BIO connects creators and bookers. We are not a party to any booking, engagement or payment between users, and we do not arrange venues or events. Any agreement is solely between the users involved.
PRESSKIT.BIOはクリエイターとブッキング側をつなぐ場です。利用者間のブッキング・出演・支払いについて当社は当事者ではなく、会場やイベントの手配も行いません。合意は当該利用者間のみで成立します。
PRESSKIT.BIO does not currently process payments or manage booking transactions or contract formation between users. Paid features (such as subscriptions and a booking fee) are planned for the future; if introduced, they will be governed by updated terms and notified before they take effect.
当社は現時点で、決済や利用者間のブッキング取引・契約成立を管理していません。有料機能（サブスクリプションやブッキング手数料など）は将来導入予定で、導入する場合は改定規約で定め、効力発生前に通知します。
You own your content. You grant PRESSKIT.BIO a licence to host and display it to operate the service (for example, your public press kit and your community posts). You confirm you hold all necessary rights, including to photos, logos and media you upload.
コンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。サービス運営（公開プレスキットやコミュニティ投稿の表示等）のため、当社にホスティング・表示のライセンスを許諾します。アップロードする写真・ロゴ・メディア等につき必要な権利を有することを保証してください。
The community board lets you post, comment and give feedback. You are responsible for what you post and it may be visible to other members. No unlawful, infringing, misleading, harassing or harmful content or conduct; no scraping, security circumvention or misuse of others’ data.
コミュニティ掲示板では投稿・コメント・フィードバックができます。投稿内容は利用者の責任であり、他の会員に表示されることがあります。違法・権利侵害・誤認を招く・嫌がらせ・有害な内容や行為、スクレイピング、セキュリティ回避、他者データの悪用を禁じます。
You can report posts, comments or accounts to info@thirdkagura.com. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.
投稿・コメント・アカウントは info@thirdkagura.com へ通報できます。当社は本規約に違反するコンテンツの削除、アカウントの停止・削除を行うことがあります。
PRESSKIT.BIO is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee bookings, outcomes, or the conduct of other users. This is subject to §10 and to the Australian Consumer Law.
PRESSKIT.BIOは現状有姿で提供されます。ブッキングの成立・成果・他利用者の行動を保証しません（§10およびオーストラリア消費者法の範囲を除く）。
Nothing in these Terms excludes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law; where a guarantee applies you may be entitled to a remedy that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, PRESSKIT.BIO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from dealings between users.
本規約はオーストラリア消費者法(ACL)の消費者保証を排除しません。保証が適用される場合、排除できない救済を受けられることがあります。それ以外については、法令上許容される範囲で、当社は間接損害・結果損害、または利用者間の取引に起因する損害について責任を負いません。
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
利用者はいつでもアカウントを閉鎖できます。当社は違反時にアクセスを停止・解除できます。
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts there have jurisdiction.
本規約はオーストラリア・ニューサウスウェールズ州法に準拠し、同地の裁判所を管轄とします。
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified.
